You are not permitted to send mass email using our standard shared email services. If you need to send mass email, we provide both virtual dedicated and dedicated email services.

Our standard hosting services provide email services only for the use of the immediate employees of the company being hosted and are not intended for use by the public or resold to our customers clients.

We do, however, provide Virtual Dedicated Email Services, which can be purchased independently of your hosting plan. These services provide high volume outgoing email services. The service costs $50/mo per 2500 outbound emails per day. For each increment of 2500 emails in any single day, the service is an additional $50/mo up to a maximum of 10,000 emails per day. Customer requiring the ability to send or receive 10,000 or more emails per day are required to purchase dedicated email services.

Please keep in mind, regardless of the email service purchased, our anti-spam policies are strictly enforced. If our mail server is used to send spam or you send spam from another email server advertising a site hosted by us, your service WILL BE TERMINATED. Our service is not designed in a manner that would allow you to implement a downstream anti-spam policy.

This does not mean that we suspend or cancel services for one or two complaints. These are cases where deliberate spamming is involved and there are many complaints.

We have an impeccable record when it comes to spam enforcement and do not permit repeated offenses.
