I have a VDH account, and I want to run a separate .Net application in a sub folder. Will it require a VDH add on package?

Yes. In order to run an additional .Net application, you need to have a separate application on the server. When the additional application is accessed, the application's web.config file and bin folder will become active.
The second application requires a VDH add on package. |
