If I sell a hosting plan to one of my customers as a VDH add-on package, is the technical support handled by ASPwebhosting.com?

No. We only provide support to our customers. You will be responsible for handling your customers support requests, however, you may open a support request with us at any time and we will assist you in resolving your customers issue.
We are considering modification of our support and billing systems to accommodate our resellers. We plan to give our resellers the ability to establish a merchant account, bill your customers directly using our automated systems and allow your customers access to our support staff using our online customer service interface.
These changes have been proposed for implementation in 2004. |
