Will each of my VDH add-on package customers be setup like an independent ASPwebhosting.com customer?

Our current customer service interface provides for only one billing contact and up to three technical contacts with each technical contact has full access to your VDH account. You will be required to field your customer's support calls and open tickets on their behalf using our interface. We are considering modification of our support and billing systems to accommodate our resellers. We plan to give our resellers the ability to establish a merchant account, bill your customers directly using our automated systems and allow your customers access to our support staff using our online customer service interface.
These changes have been proposed for implementation in 2004. |
