Yes, we have a VDMS service available for high volume email customers.

For performance reasons, we do not permit customers to relay large amounts of email (>250 messages) at one time through our shared email servers. Because the majority of our customers require the timely delivery of daily business email, permitting mass email to be sent through these same servers can cause the mail queues to become overwhelmed thus causing uncontrollable delays in the timely delivery of normal business email.

In order to prevent this from occurring we have developed a VDMS service for high volume email customers that permits them to send large amounts of email, such as monthly newsletters, without interfering with the timely delivery of our other customers normal daily business email.
