Since
September 2002, nCourt.com has enjoyed outsourcing our web
service to ASPWebhosting.com. There has been zero down time
and when we needed to contact their office, we have spoken
to a real person on the first call which is not a common
reality today.
Currently,
our business allows people to file small claims and pay
traffic fines electronically so people don’t have to
physically appear at the courthouse. Launched in Georgia,
we now offer the service in over 80 jurisdictions in
multiple states and the neat thing is we were not sold a
service we did not initially need. ASPwebhosting.com worked
with us to determine the best fit of their product to our

Now THAT IS SERVICE! At 3:30am on a Sunday morning, I sent an email with 3
separate issues (any one of which would have stumped the third party support
folks used by other hosting companies) and within 30 minutes I have a return
email from an actual human being (not some autoresponder) which thoroughly

These guys
provide great customer service. My ASP app was set up
perfect and they answered all my emails quickly. I
recommend them 100%. You have to pay for the setup fees
here but its worth every penny to get it done right. |
